"Full Flavoured Ale"
A traditional dark ruby ale, delivering full flavour at just 4% ABV. Full aromatic barley malts and an exquisite blend of hops combined to create a wonderful balance of sweet biscuit and subtle fruit flavours, with a hint of chocolate bitterness.

Grey small lingering foam. Dry caramell aroma with some woody hop aroma. Well fermented beer with litle maltiness and small bitterness.

Mild isn’t usually a style that floats my boat. I find it, well, a bit mild. This pours a slightly hazy ruby brown colour with a film of cream coloured head. That rubiness carries on in the aroma of plums, cranberries, caramel and cream. One of the finest smelling things in the world is a good creamy British ale. There’s no shortage of body, it is silky and full with good prickly carbonation around the sides of the tongue. Flavourwise it has cherry tart and good stinging acid notes. It develops on the palate becoming softer and rounded but with good fresh berry fruitiness around it. Mild? Maybe.
