COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The hops in Innovation are the stars of the show. We used Boadicea, Columbus and Styrian Goldings to create punchy grapefruit flavours and aromas of tropical fruits. These are backed up by wheat and pale ale malted barley which add spicy, biscuit flavours and a slight touch of sweetness. The outcome is a wonderfully moreish IPA, packed full of flavour. Silver Medal Winner - The Stockholm Beer Festival 2013. (Contains barley & wheat).

Ottima IPA. Giusto equilibrio tra la luppolatura non eccessiva e il grado alcolico. Da consigliare.

A nice, average, IPA with lots of flavors and the problem here is to give all the flavors enough space to evolve on the palate.

Couleur ambrée, forte mousse. Nez exotique, houblon herbeux et épicé. Gout exotique, un peu agrumes et confit, avec palais houblonné herbeux et épicé avec bonne amertume, herbes aromatiques et note caramel. Bon corps. Pas mal

Fresh hoppy, sweet malty, citrus, candy aroma. Pale clear liquid with a white head. Medium-high sweetness and light-medium bitterness. Too sweet in my opinion. Soft carbonation, medium-full body.

thirstyrabbit (1682) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 21, 2016
Bottle. Deep golden/light amber body, small head. Aroma has sweet toffee-like caramel and summery floral hops. Mouthfeel is a bit thin but the beer has a decent bitterness. Taste has floral hops with light citric zest. Some more light toffee in the finish. A nice and easygoing IPA, not sure about the innovation part.
