3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 pivnizub (8000) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 13, 2012
Blue bottle: Deep golden, a bit hazy, small stable white layer, light to moderate spicy (piney and medical ) hoppy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering bitter-sweet finish with the faintest papery traces. Quite decent...
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 Gerbeer (859) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 2, 2012
330 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with light head that dissipates quickly. Sour floral aroma with pine and banana notes. A mixed bag of fruity tastes: over ripe peaches, tropical fruits, and apples. Additional resin and pine flavors. Not a great combination but maybe OK with fruit salad. Certainly doesn’t evoke images of sea spray blown off a cresting wave. Why would anybody say that about a beer. There should be a "marketing" category - plus marks for the blue bottle, minus marks for the silly analogy.

330ml bottle at home - clear golden ale, thin white head, cereal and resin aroma, cereal, resin, herbs, citrus, bitter with a dry finish

Bottle courtesy of mr_h. Bright golden colour, good head. Corn resin malt aroma. Corn resin cereal biscuit flavour. Smooth with creamy malt aftertaste. Average beer in a nice blue bottle.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 manuchampions (1217) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 23, 2012
Pours a yellowy gold with thin cap of off white head. Aroma is cereal malt, some hops with a decidedly herbal note in there. Taste is similar but the herbal note is much more present. I struggled with exactly what it reminded me of until I realized...spearmint. Not really a welcome flavour in what is otherwise a fairly straight ahead, unremarkable blonde ale. Only can guess that the dainty blue bottle and the minty, tame palate beer is intended to make this beer appealing to women who seldom drink beer. Otherwise a miss.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 buggybill2003 (39) - - JUN 3, 2012
Initial nose was not unpleasant, but nothing special. Drank after a long hard day at work, so it hit the spot at first, but quickly became ordinary.
The usual malty and slightly citrusy aroma quickly became nothing special. I WOULD drink it again, but wouldnt go out of my way to find it
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 dogbomb (632) - ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2012
Blue bottle. How fancy! Pours a well carbonated gold with a healthy steady white head. Nose is malty with some pineapple and grapefruit. In the mouth, a bitter bang of fruits. Lemon, lime, sherbert, grapefruit. Strangely, for such a bitter tang in the taste it doesn't have a long lasting palate and peters off to a sweetness if anything.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 The_Bish (873) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 24, 2012
The most pointless bottle in history of bottles. Get over yourselves. This is ok, not interesting.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Pyobon (729) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAY 18, 2012
(bottle) Clear golden, little head. Aroma is primarily citrus with grassy notes. Light body, medium carbonation. Flavour status with citrus balanced by light malt, moving to a slightly hoppy finish hat has a seaweed / grass character. Falls a bit lat in the fnish. Overall, refreshing and pleasant.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 strawman (26) - - MAY 2, 2012
Golden wheat beer, bottle from Sainsbury’s. Damp grass in the aroma, with notes of straw of the palate. The wheat comes through very clean and as such is very refreshing. Head retention quite poor and no lacing to speak of.
Would try again if I saw on cask.
