330ml bottle pours a dark brown color with a small light beige head that leaves only small traces of lacing. Aroma is of dark fruits with roasty notes. Taste is a dark chocolate and fruity sweetness with a light hop bitterness. Medium bodied with light carbonation. A good representation of the style and recommended.

Lots of raisin, detectable hops, whiffs of chocolate cake. Big raisin flavors on the palate, great sweetness that is not cloying whatsoever. Lingers on the sides of your tongue and signs off with chocolate and some mild hops ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Brown/red color . The head is almost absent. Dried fruits , caramel , candy sugar in aroma. Same notes with hint of coffee in moderate sweet, warming taste. Semidry finish and light bitterness. Decent beer.

Robe brune.

Pours a clear dark brown, with no head at all. The aromas are tobacco, dried fruits, currants, raisins, coffee and plums. The taste is very sweet, and low on bitterness. The aftertaste is moderately long, with notes of tobacco, spices and alcohol. The mouthfeel is surprisingly thin, and low on carbonation.

Mørk farge, nesten svart. Lavt hvitt skum. Aromaen er karamell, sukker og tørket frukt. Smaken er det samme, med et mildt kaffepreg. Overraskende tynn konsistens.

0,33 bottle purchased at the Beerville store in Belgrade-Serbia. Ciao Vlada. Pour reddish and dark brown, infinite ivory foam which remains tick on the surface. Nose: definitely some sour notes, tobacco leafs, red fruits, light dust note. Mouth: English all the way! Medium low carbonation, watery body with a side prominent feeling of cherries, burnt malt, bitter and dry end. A very good one, very elegant English beer (as a friend of mine would point out). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Barley Wine? Litt kaffepreg i avslutningen.
