Bottle (4.5% ABV). Nice malty flavour, with some nuttiness. A hint of wood in the aroma. Nice bitterness.

Red/brown colour, creamy head, nice taste of roasted malt, good bitternes, some sharpness from the carbonation.

I quite liked this one, despite the mediocre ratings. Poured with a nice clean head, had a great aroma with an orange colour. The flavour was bitter to citrus.

Poured murky red brown with a medium sized, but short lasting ivory white head. A strong fruity aroma, apricot I think, and a lot of hops - especially noticable on tasting. Some toffee is also evident in the aftertaste. It’s not very bitter to begin with, but if finishes dry and bitter. Slick palate with a medium body which seems a bit detached, probably due to it’s dryness. Overall it’s a good satisfying beer, but probably just a step behind the best of this style.

From a small bottle--Clear copper amber with a small white head. Bready, floral nose with a nice smooth mouth feel. FInished clean and extremely well balanced. Very good!

Bottle. Lovely colour with a pale brown colour, lovely malty aromas. Lovely finish. One of my favourites.

Bottle. Poured with a thin pale head, a pleasant light fruitiness, lemony? Smooth palate and very pleasant taste although not to strong. Could sink quite a few of these in a row if given the opportunity!

Bottle 50cl. Clear dark reddish brown, lacy head. Zesty woody hoppy aroma, reminiscent of a mild APA aroma. I like this. Malty with a mild-standard but almost exquisite woody-flowery bitterness. Medium with low carbonation, smooth. Dry woody-ish finish.
