Cask: Clear reddish hue, good head formation. Fruity malt and light citrus hop aroma. Malty, crystal flavor, decent fruitiness, slightly spicy, dry fruity finish.

Cask. Pale amber colour, creamy pale yellow head and nice lacing. Very hoppy, resiny, spicy, earthy, mushroom-like aroma. Nice mouthfeel, slightly sweet on the front, spicy/earthy hop flavour fading into a lasting bitterness. Nice.

Cask: Pours light copper with small white head. Floral hop aroma dominates. Body is thin-medium, though smooth. Nice sweet balanced bitter. Dry finish. Not bad.

Cask at the Edgar Wallace in London. Bronze body with no head. Nice spicy hop and floral nose. Possibly some faint toffee or caramel. Taste is bitter hops but there is a nice sweetness blended into it. It seems to mix just right with the floral notes. Palate feels full with this one and it’s pretty smooth. Finish is more bitterness.

A beer I have had many a times and will have many more times. A very decent session beer, with a nice hoppy, bitter taste. Nothing too complex, but a solid pint. Something you can trust to be good.

Draught. This is one of my regular drinks, as it is almost always on at my local. A decent session beer, with a nice hoppy, bitter taste. Nothing too complex, but a solid pint.

Cask conditioned many times in Essex and Sufolk. I drink more of this beer than any other as it is in my local. Full flavoured for its gravity, hoppy and bitter with lots of dry hops which helps it keep longer.
