Dedollewaitor (1906), Odense, Denmark Sep 26, 2007 Deep amber with an off white creamy head. Flavour is bready, caramel/malty. Soft palate. Medium body. Overall pleasant - but very simple. Light sweetness. Short finish! Very little sour compared to other Flemish ales!

Partshly funky, cheesy, with pineapple and passsionfruit to the aroma. Near perfect carbonation, very nice. Has a good tartness, gooseberries and wood. Finishes of with dominans of a grapefruit.
