Deep amber with an off white creamy head. Flavour is bready, caramel/malty. Soft palate. Medium body. Overall pleasant - but very simple. Light sweetness. Short finish! Very little sour compared to other Flemish ales!

May 19, 2008 (on bottle) Hay yellow, white head. Partshly funky, cheesy, with pineapple and passsionfruit to the aroma. Near perfect carbonation, very nice. Has a good tartness, gooseberries and wood. Finishes of with dominans of a grapefruit. Godd beer.

May 8, 2008 Draft on a sunny terras in Oudenaarde inbetween two client visits. Damn work can be so stressful :).
Flavour and aroma contain dried fruits, prums and some roasted malts. A refreshing beer but there are better.

Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar - dryed fruit, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (250308)
