3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours murky reddish brown with a thin, fully receding wispy off-white head. Notes of plum, bubble gum, toffee, spice, pepper, ripe fruits, estery yeast. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation. Nice flavor, could use better clarity and carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Creamy, voluminous and resistant head. Beautiful intense red color, much fraught, dark and with optimal fizzy aspect, rich and elegant aspect. Solid, full body and alcoholic aroma, notes of withered grape, stum and burned wood and caramel. Much vinous taste, fraught, charged and extended. Pleasant and indeed persistent content.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I-need-to-get-rid-of-those-mediocre-beers tasting session. Chestnut coloured, small head. Malty nose, some caramel. Bittersweet flavour, quite one-dimensional though. Mediocre indeed.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from 330 ml bottle.
Clear, sparkling, orange-red brown with an enormous head if cream-colored, creamy foam that settles slowly to leave very nice lacing.
Aroma of dark bread malt, yeast, toffee, honey, grape, plum and raisin.
Taste of sweet dark malt, molasses, toffee, prunes, red wine grapes, tropical fruit and a touch of clove. Sweet, fruity and malty, but with enough complexity to keep your interest.
Medium/full body and medium carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled from the bottle in a greenhouse during a thunderstorm in the dark. The drink happened to fit the mood perfectly (though I wasnít able to appreciate the appearance of the brew as much as I would have liked). Malts are caramel, with a slight metallic vibe, fruity and sweet but dark. A solid (though not fabulous) beer.
