Ruby brown colour with thin receding head. Aroma is a tad alcoholic with some lingering dry fruit in the background. Flavour is a little sweet and fruity at first then fades into something a bit musty and metallic.

A dark red/brown colored beer, with a big beige head. It has big voids. It disapears quickly. The aroma of caramel, malts, some fruits like prune and raisins. The taste of dark bitter fruits with caramel sweet. The aftertaste is a little bitter.

A Mes rate. Draught at Brugge fest. Mid brown with a good white head. A bit on the bland side all round really. Faint spice, some soy and dried fruit. Very slight roasted malt in the finish. Dull.

Bottle @ home. Clear deep reddish brown colour, big off-white head. Aroma of sweet raisins and alcohol, some malts. Flavour is some malts, cacao and a little bit of raisins and alcohol. Rather thin and unimpressive beer.
