Corked bottle from the cellar in Woodinville, the tip of it was dipped in wax like the others
Measured Final Gravity: 1003

Blond color with a minimal orange hue. Nice aroma, white wine, with a hint of peach and apricot, light fresh wood. Good body structure; the mouthfeel is dry, good flavor of Chardonnay, with just an extra fruity touch, but also some kind of bitterness sometimes found in dry meads, mild tannins, creating a lightly astringent final impression.
Decently complex, pleasant.
