Corked bottle from the cellar in Woodinville, the tip of it was dipped in wax like the others
Already at bottle opening there are a few bubbles revealing some carbonation; it pours a light straw color, bright, hazy (there is some sediment in the bottle. Very nice aroma, delicate honey and jasmine flowers infusion. The carbonation is light, the mouthfeel is soft, medium dry; delicate honey flavor, with fruity and flowery accents; it also has a very mineral character, almost bitter, and a strange feeling of saccharin.
Very aromatic mead, but not fully convincing.
