W aromacie przyjemna dawka dymu. Raczej średnie wysycenie i średnia pełnia. W smku raczej słaba goryczka i ponownie dym od drewna. Na pewno ciekawe marcowe, ale ogolnie to dość średnie

Aroma of peated salami & sweet malt. Clear red/brown with low tanned head. Lightly peated taste of fudge & lightly hoppy. Light body & lively carbonation.

From a 5year old bottle into a Chimay glass. Pours brown with head and lace. Aroma of liquid smoke, pulled pork, smoked wood. Light carbonation and significant mouthfeel. Flavors of burnt malts, molassas, minerals, slight liquid smoke, slight chocolate. Overall unique, flavorful, generally an aquired taste, but tasty for the style, well worth tasting after understanding what this is as a smoked brew. Amazingly potent after many years.

From a 500ml bottle on 14/6/2016. Pours a very deep amber with a biggish head. The nose features smoke, bacon, ham and ash. All of these feature in the flavour, which is joined by some caramel, brown sugar and a little honey. Features a modest bitterness. The texture is slightly syrupy and the carbonation average. Very cohesive and well balanced. A delightful smoked beer.

Clear brown, nice head. Aroma: smokeyness, malt, caramel. Full body, medium to heavy sweetness, medium bitterness. Taste: at he beginning malty and appleish, but later smoke dominates till aftertaste. Some bitterness at the finish. Not much is happening, but there’s everything that should be.

This was a real special experience. Drank it accompanying aspargus, which combined quite well. Was actually surprised how well the ’smoke’ flavour combines with food.

Pours deep Ruby Brown with good beige head. Aroma is of smoke, similar to Islay whisky, and light malt, slight hint of toffee and something estery, maybe the yeast? Good carbonation and medium mouth feel. Taste smoky and Bready. Light bitterness and hint of herbal notes. Taste ends with almost evergreen mint phenols. An interesting beer, but not my typical style

Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is light smoky BBQ, wood chips, The flavour is light roasty bitter light sweet malt with a light, watery, metallic hop, light roasty palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A bacon sandwich in a bottle. Smoky but not OTT. Just the way I like it!
