COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra artigianale a bassa fermentazione prodotta secondo tradizione con ingredienti naturali. Non pastorizzata, non filtrata, rifermentata e affinata in bottiglia. Etichetta: La PRIMA è la nostra birra "PRIMOGENITA". Essa si ispira alla regina incontrastata delle birre bionde: la pils o pilsener nata intono al 1840 in una birreria di Plzen in terra cecoslovacca. Una Pilsner si presenta con colore dorato e con spuma fine e persistente. Gli aromi sono caratterzzati da sentori derivanti dal luppolo, mentre i sapori sono molto puliti e aromatici in virtù del regime di fermentazione a bassa temperatura. la PRIMA si presenta con un bel colore giallo e tenui riflessi verdolini. Una schiuma bianca, spessa e compatta, incorona questo superbo colore che rimanda a calde e assolate estati. Al naso l’aroma e’ definito da una struttura aromatica sulla quale si ergono sentori erbacei di luppolo boemo accompagnato da lievi sentori maltati. Al gusto la struttura secca ed asciutta di questa birra, ritorna l’aromaticità e l’erbaceo dei luppoli. Retrogusto mediamente persistente con la presenza di un buon amaro non molto intenso. La PRIMA è una birra da tutto pasto, che si accompagna bene anche con fritti di pesce. Servire ad una temperatura tra 5 e 6°C

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemon and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat as well as lighter notes of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Hazy yellow with a white head. A little citrusy fruit combined with yeast in the nose. Rather light body, fruit, yeast and phenols. The finish is dry. Pilsener?? This is more of a Belgian Blonde! 050610

Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, toasted, light yeasty. 5th June 2010. Cloudy gold beer. Light crisp palate. Sharp minerals. A little citrus hop. Not much going on here but in the middle of a long day tasting Italian beers this was crisp and refreshing.

Ottima Pilsener con una schiuma bianca molto persistente, spessa e compatta. birra strutturata, ma anche da tutto pasto.
