On tap at Patricks. A creamy, off-white to light beige head forms over a more or less clear, amber body. Some lacings too. Lightly perfumed caramel dominated aroma with a touch of nuts. Some hoppy scents lurking in the back. Caramel, fruityness and a faint bitterness in the end. Full body, nice carbonation. Caramel and bitterness in the end. A nice one, tasteful and easy drinkable. 120509

Small beige head. Deep dark red brown body. Roasty caramelly aroma with fruity smoky notes. Dry-sweet dusty roasty caramelly taste with nutty earthy smoky notes. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel, slightly fizzy. Dry wild berry and roasty caramel aftertaste with nougat notes. Wonderfully vivid and clear. Very harmonic. Beautifully drinkable. From tap@Grünerløkka Brygghus fest. Firm offwhite head. Shiny, deep amber body. Cream-caramel, light peppery malts on and straw-like hops on nose. Good malt body, refined caramel. Starts fairly sweet, ends up with a fine dryness. Notes of currants. Balancing hop bitterness. Medium body strenght. Slick in the mouth. Clean and quenching with a fine malt profile. Yum.

On tap at Nabokjelleren, Bergen. ABV was 5.5%. Beautiful reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Lovely strong aroma of butterscotch, toffee and caramel. The flavour is fairly malty but not too sweet, some caramel, decent German(?) hops throughout.
