On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep golden to amber colour, hazy. Moderate white head. Beguiling aroma of Belgian ale yeast, malts and kandij sugar, with distinct spicy and fruity notes. The fairly complex flavour is sweet and fruity, but not cloying, and the sweetness is balanced by a distinct spicy character and tolerable hops. Not a quick thirstquencher, but a truly enjoyable beer!

On tap @ Cardinal. Clear, dark golden body with a nice, dense, off-white head. Aroma has distinct Belgium yeast, spices, caramel and a hint of honey. Flavor is sweet malt, gentle caramel/candy sugar, spices, Belgium yeast and warming alcohol. Fine body, feels thick and soft. A damn good interpretation of a Belgium syle where good samples is rare. Well made.

From tap @ Grünerløkka Mat & Mikroølfestival. Beautiful apperance; Deep gold with an orangey hue. Medium-sized off-blond cream head. Sweet-scented, brown sugary malt aroma, with an inviting whiff of bubble-gummy, belgo-style yeast. Taste is brown sugar-sweet malty, balanced by pepper and spice tones and a distinct fruity bitterness. Thick in the mouth, More than medium full. Sweet, spiced and mild bitter ending. A well-crafted one, maybe a tad too sweet on my tongue.

On tap at Cardinal. Clear, sparkling golden with a tan colored, creamy, one inch thick head leaving a fair lacing. Spicy clove, malts and caramel on the nose. Sweet, alcoholic, bitter and spicy. Full bodied. Syrupy mouth feel and a prickling tongue.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger.Pours amber with a small white head. Aroma is spicy, sweet fruity and some alcohol. Taste is red ripe fruits, moderate sweet bitter, like marzipan. Thick mouthfeel, almost oily. Dries up towards the end, lovely brew from Flåm
