Instantly i get a nose of scotch whisky. Vanilla, dark fruits, brown sugar, oak and a slight malty note. On the palate it is smooth with flavors of chocolate, vanilla, oak with a slight boozy note with a finish with chocolate and liqorice.

Wischylini (140) - Grimstad, NORWAY - DEC 11, 2014
Pours dark brown, with a faint beige head that doesn’t last. Aromas are whisky, oak and peat, and that’s about it. Taste is sticky sweet. Mouthfeel is oily, and the beer almost flat. Absolutely rubbish, tastes like syrupy whisky, and not like beer with "a hint of whisky". This isn’t a beer for those who want a hint of whisky, it’s for those who wish they could drink a whole pint of it in one sitting.

Flaske 0,5l fra Vinmonopolet, Tromsø Langnes. Ekstremt mørkebrun. Egentlig svart. Høyt tett og litt farget skum. Søtlig whiskyaroma. Smaken har det samme søtlige whiskypreget men ellers lite.
