Norwegian: Dette er en karakteristisk IPA frå den amerikanske vestkyststilen. Kjenneteikn ved dette ølet er ein fengjande humlearoma og ein solid bitterheit. IPA går godt med litt robust mat, men kan også nytast åleine.

English: This is an IPA in the style known from the American west coast.

Somewhat dark amber colour with creamy head. Tastes of bittersweet hops, citrus, krokan and seagrass. Medium-heavy body, really crispy carbonation and a lasting aftertaste of fresh hops. Refreshing and bitter

Bottle. Clear caramel color, frothy white head. Nice hoppy nose, with a hint of citrus. Balanced hoppy taste, citrus as well, and a long bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Nice.

Clear orange color. Average carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruits, cat piss, a touch of fruity esters. Very bright hoppiness, with spicy and citric American hops. Excellent malt balance. This is well regarded IPA and worthy of its attention.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s. Pours hazy bronze colour with small white head. Aroma of pine, caramel, grass, some grapefruit and lemon zest - hop aroma is mostly pine. Taste is pine and grass with some caramel - lower end of medium to high amount of bitterness. Medium carbonation and body. Not the best West Coast style IPA I’ve had, but does the job.

Draft at To Glass. Nice golden colour with minimal white head. Slight citrus aroma. Taste is well-balanced between bitter and sweet. A good IPA, but not stunning.

Pours hazy bronze with a little white head. The aroma displays fairly strong fruitiness with citrusy notes on the forefront; lemon, zest and some pine. Taste is medium to heavy bitter featuring very strong hoppiness. Dryish from start to finish, not much malt sweetness. Pine needles and grapefruit provide a finish to remember. The palate is medium-bodied, slick and average in carbonation. Assertive definitely but not too aggressive, top quality IPA.

Slightly hazy amber pour with a tight off-white head and heaps of lacing. Passionfruit, citrus, malt and a little bready aroma. Taste is similar, tropical fruit and solid malt with a decent amount of bitterness. Pretty damn good
