Bottle @ Privaten. Pours a dark hazy orange body, some sediments and a solid big white head. Nose is fantastic! Citrus, lots of hops, some hops, pines, yeast and some hops. Ægir IPA is good carbonated, sweet-fruity with a extreme bitterhoppy ending. Lovely!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. Thanks Knutalbert.
Cloudy pale orange colour with rich creamy head. Not all outspoken hop nose, bit of dough up front and behind a pretty rich citric balloon sensation. Body is pretty light, yet it’s malty with intense bitter grape/lemon flavour profile from start to finish and even after. The beer seems pretty dry and has a puckering mouthfeel but only after which is passable. The overall feeling of the beer is that is a pretty good reminiscense of the West Coast IPA with more body and malt base to it.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
A cloudy brown red colour. Solid head.
Good hop aromas, really floral. Also getting some yeast components, with almost a "petrol" like aroma aswell.
Very good Co2, the foam is just perfect. That aside, it´s not as bitter as you might expect, but it comes in the aftertaste. It´s also fairly malty, rich in taste.
A really well-made American IPA!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Håndverkerstuene, Oslo (thanks Knut Albert for the tip about this place!). I only had time for one and I managed to miss the much rarer (or at least newer Alt). Oh well.
Poured a dark amber-red body. Fresh lemony hoppy nose. More of the same in the taste, superbly balanced with a lovely fruitiness. The bitterness helps the refreshing side. Dry and actually a lovely IPA.
