50 cl bottle, 2015 vintage. Quite clear dark orange, thin off-white head. Spicy aroma, cinnamon up front, and you know it’s soon Christmas eve :-) Taste is all spices and herbs, cinnamon and ginger, and it’s sweet but citrusy at the same time. Mouthfeel is a bit on the dry side, due to the citrus. If you like spicy beers, this is all yours.

Pours a slightly hazy amber body with an off-white, long-lived head that ends up as a thin layer, excellent lacing. Quite strong aroma of juniper berries, sweet fruits and hay. Pretty strong flavour of juniper berries, spices, pine, faint fruits and citrus in the back, and vague hints of smoke. Light sweet and light bitter taste. Light body, dry and with a moderate carbonation. Very nice!

Pours white-brown head, disappearing within second. Tastes a very slight amount of citric fruits. Nothing exciting about this beer.

God lukt, fin farge, ok skum og god smak. Altfor tynn. Ville gjettet på en ekstra krydret, men litt utvannet blonde.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2015 22.11.2014: 0,5l bottle. Brown, fuzzy, cloudy. Caramel head. Long lasting. Malty aroma with hints of oranges, plums, and some spices. Lovely flavour, dark, malty, ripe fruit. Very good Xmas brew. Slightly watery for a top score, though, but again...for a 4.7%, this is good. 06.05.2015: 0,5l bottle. Last one at the local store. Really watery, but still a decent beer. Expected this to have "aged" better, though.
