bottle thanks to Rune and Finn. Thanks guys. Bottle drunk at home whilst waiting for some rice to boil to go with my thai red curry after a mixed day at work. Both unbelievably depressed and also so happy I will meet all my targets for the year by the first week of December. Deep brown red colour with lasting bubbly beige head. Slightly smoked aroma. More smoke and peat in the mouth. Blimey that’s quite juicy in the malts as well as some peaty smoke. Interesting beer. Some good juicy hedgerow fruits from the malts. A little prickle on the finish. But also some sweetness. Pretty decent to be honest. Good balance between sweet fruit and peaty smoke. Good. thanks guys.

Rich golden dark brown color. Very little foam, some sediments but not bad for unfiltered ale.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Almost clear deep red - amber beer, small cream colour head. Smooth malts, mild cream and caramel. Unsweet floralness. Touch of spice and some somewhat odd tangy fruits. Light semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Somehow comes together in to an interesting beer!

Keg, Beavertown, 13/2/2016. Big malt beast this one. Loads of fresh bread, doughy textures. Huge warming alcohol. Clean. Drinkable. Very dry and fruity on the finish. Nice warming beer which will be perfect in the evening by a warm fire. I need a bottle to age. Great work.
