330ml can. Clear, copper-ish, faint mahogany colour with small, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Slightly earthy, nuttily malty aroma, notes of Brazil nut, hazelnut, a touch of caramel. Taste is slightly dry, earthy, nuttily malty, notes of Brazil nut, hazelnut, an initially cautious touch of peat becomes more prominent the closer the finish; oily texture, creamy palate; soft carbonation.

Rich golden dark brown color. Very little foam, some sediments but not bad for unfiltered ale.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Almost clear deep red - amber beer, small cream colour head. Smooth malts, mild cream and caramel. Unsweet floralness. Touch of spice and some somewhat odd tangy fruits. Light semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Somehow comes together in to an interesting beer!

Keg, Beavertown, 13/2/2016. Big malt beast this one. Loads of fresh bread, doughy textures. Huge warming alcohol. Clean. Drinkable. Very dry and fruity on the finish. Nice warming beer which will be perfect in the evening by a warm fire. I need a bottle to age. Great work.
