Bottle 0,5l. Pours a very dark brown color with a brown creamy head. Lovely mild and smooth coffee and choccolate wood aroma with just a hint of the alcohol. Flavor likewise smooth and pleasant of chocolate, hint of liquorice and a good deal of hops bitterness. Low carbonation, long finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mörkbrun i färgen lite beige skum. Doftar rågbröd, choklad, lite lakrits. Smakar choklad, rågbröd, alkoholiskt, torr lätt bitter avslutning.

Bottle. Clear dark brown close to black with a minimal beige head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is sweet dark chocolate, prunes, over ripe fruits, roasted malt, light sweet licorice. Has some barrel age character to it; a bit wood and light vanilla. Taste is heavy sweet and light+ bitter. Full body, thick oily/sticky texture, soft carbonation. Very nice and soft with no alcohol roughness. Sweet mellow finish with light roasted malt.

Bottle from Santa. Pours near black with dark tan head. Aromas of dark roasted malt, molasses, coffee, and some chocolate. Flavors of sweet roasted malts, chocolate, light coffee, and some caramel. Really flavorful imperial porter. It is pretty sweet but has a nice balance that really worked for my palate. Lovely beer.

Smells of morning coffee and dark sweet chocolate. Looks pitch black and tempting with a small, cream head. Taste is sweet, but with enough bitterness to balance it. Burnt sugar and the taste of mild coffee is very pleasant and leaves me longing for another sip. The perfect beer infront of the fire place on valentines day:) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Malty nose with some vanilla notes. Pale brown fast disappearing head. Dark brownish black color. Taste malt and bread and mild hops. Some sweetness too.
