27.05.2011. 0,5l Bottle. Meny Karmsundgata Haugesund. Golden yellow colour with white head. Aroma is malty with crisp fresh bitterness. There is some kind of grassy hop flavour in this beer that I dont like that much, but I dont know what it is.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, light amber with a large, thick, lasting, white head. Aroma is slightly lemony and herbal with a lot of cereal maltiness. As the head settles a bit, the cereal gives way to wheat. Taste is very cereal malts with some herbal tones and hints of lemon. Again after a while the malts somewhat give way to slightly sour wheat and a bit stronger lemon and some yeast.. Aftertaste is dry with sour wheat with some lemony and herbal hops. Palate is light, but fitting. Went very well with salmon on Finnish dry rye bread.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, from K Supermarket Kamppi, 20110430) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and metallicness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were metallicness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweetish and bitter. The sweet and bitter combination didn’t please me.

Bottle. Copper hazy, thin white head. Smells of banana and citrus. Taste of peaches, mango and other tropical fruits. Some malt sweetness too. Not much bitterness here. Taste is interesting though

0.5l bottle. Pours a clear golden body loaded with microscopic sediments and a big bubbly white head. Aroma is citrus dominant in a non-dominant way. Also notes of yeast, cheese, malts and a thin peppery hint. Medium bodied, perhaps a bit watery yet smooth texture and medium carbonation. Mild and refreshing flavors, quite low on the bitterness, mildly malty and really easy to drink. Ends in a near fruity finish. I was not expecting much from this brew, but got quite surprised over how nice and refreshing this actually was. Due to the relatively low alcohol percentage it’s safe to have a few of these even if you’re out skiing or whatever people does in the easter.
