COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Wit is a traditional Belgian Wit, though with a good deal more spices (orange peel and coriander) then one might find in the typical examples. (Formerly at 5.5%)

Gul med lavt skum. Aroma av sitron, gjær, hvete og litt krydder. Smaken er av sitron, banan, krydder og hvete. Litt tørr. Noe metallsmak i ettersmaken...

rosenbergh (7361) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 2, 2014
Draught at the Nordic, Tampere, Finland. Hazy orangey colour with a small white head. Yeast, wheat, sweetness, clove, mild spices and mild citrus in the aroma. Nice. The flavour is strong in yeast but wheat, floury malt and spices are in the background. Still quite nice. And drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Keg at Gastropub Nordic, 20140609) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had coriander, fruitiness and lightly malts. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, coriander, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A watery but not bad Wit.

Draught @ Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Pours a hazy golden colour with a white lacy head. Aroma of grass, clove and citrus. Flavour is rather mild with grassy bitterness, citrus, mild vegetable notes and gooseberries. Light bodied and slick mouthfeel. A bit harsh carbonation. Quite bland.

Brown 50cl bottle 4.7%; pours (carefully because of sediments) a light off-white tight head on the unclear light golden body with very active carbonation. Small curtains inside my mug. Sweet wheat malts, citric hops, bun dough, spices and maybe coriander to the nose. Wheat flourish malts, spices, dough soup, hops, lemon, yeast, small notes of pine. Somewhat more bitterness than in hefeweizens and witbiers. Fresh and alright bodied. Finishes quite zestfully, dusty, citric, hoppy, fading fresh into the wheatfully sunshine. Overall good.
