Backlogged Entry - From GTMW ’09 - Pours a weak golden color with a decent head given the temperature and size of the pour. Heavy apple aroma is fairly tart, but not overpowering. Flavor is sweet yet tart...and full of apple aroma. Medium level of dryness on the palate. A notch down from the Appely Brut, but still enjoyable.

From a bottle at GTMW - Pours straw yellow with a ring of white head. Aroma of tart apple with a bit of sweetness. Sharp and crisp. Taste is tart apple, again with a touch of sweetness. I feel like I suck at describing cider, but I liked this. Overcarbonated and sweet, with a light body.

Sampled from a bottle at GTMW 2011. Pours a pale straw color with a medium sized fizzy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet apples with a little mealiness. The taste is straight sweet apples. Medium bodied. Disappointing.
