COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ęppeltreow Winery’s Cyser Rosé is made from local honey and small bitter apples. A classic combination from Valhalla to Eden. Blood red crab apple juice makes this mead blush. (Or is it just modest?) Dry. Tannic. Refreshing. Take Cyser Rosé on your next raiding party!

Sampled at GTMW ’08 from clear wine bottle. Pours a clear light salmon mead with no bubbles nor any white ring. Aroma of tart crabapple with just barely a hint of honey. Taste is tart crabapple, honey, some white pepper and a touch of white grape. Finish has a light crabapple tartness with some pinot gris character that slowly disappears after the finish. An interesting Cyser that is mostly crabapple and just a touch of honey character.
