COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
One of 2008 single barrel series ciders, this table wine-like hard cider made from blend of Gold Delicious and traditional French pommiers du cidre. Nice aroma, a little tart with just a hint of tannins in the finish.

Sampled at the winery near Burlington, Wisconsin. Pours a clear Pino Gris colored cider with a clean disk top and thin tears. Aroma has a nice nose of spring floral, apples, a touch of butter and just barely a hint of vanilla. Taste is light bodied, with flavors of crisp apples, a hint of butter, and more floral character. Finish is crisp, semi-dry with a nice light tart apple aftertaste.
