COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
ÆppelTreow Pear Wine is a sweet, still perry. We press from Bosc and Comice pears into sweet perry - or pear cider. That’s just the start for this very mellow, fruity and floral cider. Try pairing our pear cider with delicate cheeses like Brie.

Sampled 2006 vintage at the winery near Burlington, Wisconsin. Pours a clear sauvignon blanc color cider with a clean disk top and nice tears. Excellent floral scent with light pear juice character and a touch of allspice. Taste is smooth, sweet pear flavors with a hint of soft herbs. Finish continues its smooth character and texture with no alcohol presence. Quite a solid perry throughout.
