Nose is mild but there is some Belgian candy, yeast, bananas, some malt, and some perfume. Flavor is similar, a little sour, malt, yeasty with some sweetness. A little chalky on the palate. Nice carbonation, sudsy foam head-thin and fizzy from start to finnish. Orange tinge with a thin pallet. Crisp and slight citrus notes with a light hop presence. Had a bit of a nut-grain quality but not really standing out, even with the yeast from the bottom. Pours a semi-clear golden color with a big, frothy white head that settles slowly. Aroma is spice, malt, faint sweetness, ripe fruit, bread. Flavor is faint malty sweetness, grass, straw, slight bitterness on finish. Generally light-bodied with a somewhat quick finish.
