COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Balanced and refreshing (6.8%)

Bright, yellow-golden with a firm, dense head. Natural carbonation and a carefully balanced aroma of fresh bread, banana spice, citrus and hints of vanilla.

A smooth taste. Malty, nutty softness followed by the roundess of tropical fruit and then a dry, light bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, round mouth-feel. A brigh, refreshing finish. the final note on swirling has stronger notes of banana, yeasty spice and a hoppy aroma.

Keg in Paris. Some spicy yeast nose which is fairly interesting. Poor malt flavour which tastes cheap and thinm but on the whole not too bad.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2006 Nice, light Belgian ale with a golden color and white head. Floral aroma with fruit and malt with a touch of hops. Flavors of sweet orange and light vanilla linger, but only lightly. Finish is light and clean with a touch of hops. Very pleasing overall for a blonde ale.

(on 75cl clear bottle) High, sharp hop-aroma, goldncolur, white head. Very nice carbonated and with a harsh, bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with an extremely large head from the tons of carbonation in this one. Starts tasting of lemon and refreshing but finishes with an unpleasent bitterness.

Poured from bottle, cloudy like a wheat beer. Creamy white head that persists. Great spicy, malty aroma. Flavor is complex blend of spice, malt, vanilla, alcohol. Alcohol and spice dominate the aftertaste. Lacing follows the beer down the glass. Flavor mellows as it warms, leading to a nice finish. A good choice.

Bottle. Clear amber color with a huge frothy white head that was lasting and produced good lacing. Average citrus and pine aroma. Medium body. Moderate spicy bitter flavor with medium finish. Very refreshing.

Pours a bright straw colour with lots of suspended "floaties". Tried a few samples but all had them. Nice long lasting head. Sweetish fruit and spice aroma. Metallic taste and those big floating chunks made this totaly un-appealing
