Pours out golden with a nice holding medium sized white head. Citrus and spices at the smell. A bit like pilsner... Surprisingly full of taste, sweetness due to fruits and some nice spices. Prety good brew, could use an extra boost to be a great brew.

On tap at Kelleher’s, Peoria(came w/ own glass). Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Aroma of grains, yeast. Has that typical Belgian yeast flavor, along with malt and a little spice. Easy to drink, alright.

[Bottle] Clear golden pour into a tulip glass. The dense white head lasts for a long time. Suspended yeast in there as well. Aroma of grains, light metal and Belgian yeast. The taste is of light malts, yeast, sulfur, honey, spices and horse blanket. I definitely wasn’t expecting any funk in here. An old bottle or something with the suspended yeast? Despite some weirdness in here, it really wasn’t all that bad. But I might have to re-rate this beer somewhere down the line.
