3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 mansquito (1607) - washington, Washington DC, USA - JUN 19, 2011
U Street Music Hall, DC tap ($8): Pours a golden color with a shiny white head. Aroma of fruits, Belgian yeast, and a mild amount of hops. Carbonated body adds a nice body touch to the yeast combined with Belgian hops, giving it a little crispness. A little bit on the sweet side, but not too badly. Sessionable and eminently drinkable, yet nothing innovative or particularly interesting.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Spab (1118) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 10, 2011
330 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a moderately hazy golden colour with decent-sized white head. Aroma is yeasty with banana, pear and citrus. Citrus really comes to the fore in the flavour, sort of lemon zest with more subtle pear and a surprisingly strong, lingering spiciness. Lively carbonation. Nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 ogreface (826) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 3, 2011

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 thechandler (379) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - MAY 30, 2011
Pours a hazy golden. Aroma is slightly sweet, with a bit of citrus notes. Flavor is certainly reminiscent of a wheat ale or german hefeweizen. Citrus and banana notes, with a slight bubblegum backing. Crisp finish. Definitely solid.
