Bottle: Unfiltered
Bright, yellow-golden with a firm, dense head. Natural carbonation and a carefully balanced aroma of fresh bread, banana spice, citrus and hints of vanilla.
A smooth taste. Malty, nutty softness followed by the roundess of tropical fruit and then a dry, light bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, round mouth-feel. A bright, refreshing finish. the final note on swirling has stronger notes of banana, yeasty spice and a hoppy aroma.

Blond color, thin white head. Aroma of banana, caramel, alcohol. Rather sweet with a light bitterness in the finish. Not bad.

Une blonde d’abbaye classique toujours agréable, manque un peu de rondeur et d’attaque (contrairement à une Leffe dans la même catégorie).

Bottle. The foam is compact, firm and white. In fact, it resembles a lot of whipped cream. The liquid is cloudy and pale yellow-orange with a tint of brown.

The smell is sweet sourish, fruity (apricots, bitter oranges) with some alcohol and yeast. In brief: Belgian ale. Sadly, the smell is a bit pricking.

The carbonation is pretty strong, almost sharp, and rather short.

The taste is yeasty with a sweet dominant tone of brown sugar and candy sugar; there are sourish flavours of wheat and a decent body. At some moments, the bitterness is too sharp. The aftertaste got notes of sour fruits and brown sugar; it is quite short and finishes in a simple sweetness.

I like Belgian blond ales, but I found this one quite simple and frankly uninspired.
Choose another one.

Nice but not very interesting. Looks good with a nice head and pleasant carbonation. Flavor is malty belgian yeast and a metallic note that’s fortunately not dominant nor unpleasant. Well brewed.

Bottle. /golden, clear with big but quickly reducing head. Malty aroma (like in lagers) with some fruity esters from fermentation, like apple and peach. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Alcoholic aftertaste. Some fruity flavors, but not much. Very high carbonation, i feel mostly bubbles. I have drunk better beers.
