Sweet and sour flavour, not unlike applejuice. Some citrus (lemon). Hops are slightly skunky. This one is not particularly spicy. Mild, basic belgian ale. Full bodied. Lasting finish of mild bitterness.

Nose is mild but there is some Belgian candy, yeast, bananas, some malt, and some perfume. Flavor is similar, a little sour, malt, yeasty with some sweetness. A little chalky on the palate. Nice carbonation, sudsy foam head-thin and fizzy from start to finnish. Orange tinge with a thin pallet. Crisp and slight citrus notes with a light hop presence. Had a bit of a nut-grain quality but not really standing out, even with the yeast from the bottom. Flavor is faint malty sweetness, grass, straw, slight bitterness on finish. Generally light-bodied with a somewhat quick finish.
