50 cl i glas vid Villard de lens. Fantastisk god Ljus öl. Fantastiskt att sitta mitt i alperna och klunka på denna!

Pours a cloudy golden, with a bubbly head. Aroma includes yeast, light malts, and some peppery notes. Tasting notes include light cracker malts, carbonation, and a slight peppery finish. Not bad, and highly drinkable.

0,3 l bottle. Golden and nearly clear in the glass. Big white head. Hints of fresh yeast on the nose. Starts intensiv yeasty with malt and banana. Not really sweet, more a caramell base. High carbonation. Good one!

Vahva, intensiivinen tuoksu. Viipyvä vaalea vaahto, lagermaisen kuulaankirkas väri. Vahvan samettisen pehmeän makuinen, lievää alkoholia suutuntumassa, jälkimakuna myös mukava pehmeys joka jää lievänä kuivuutena suuhun. Sangen hyvää olutta.

330 ml bottle. Pours a golden color with a white, frothy head. Aromas of spices and yeast. Sweet taste at first, with Belgian yeast, sugar, caramel, bread and spices, slight bitterness coming next. Sweet aftertaste, not very long. Medium body with medium carbonation.

330ml bottle bought at CitySuper in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Cloudy hazy golden honey colour with thin trace of dirt-like yeast sediments; One finger head and crumpety white foam which lasts for 3 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing with notable small carbonation; Fragrant aroma of full malt, with vanilla, caramel, apricots, light banana, honey, ester, thick bread, strong Bel yeast and thin grassy hops; Nice medium sweet taste of full Pilsener malt, with banana, orange, caramel, strong ester, strong spices, light alcohol, molasses, thick bread, strong Bel yeast, lemon, moderate bitter hops and light grass; Medium body. Slick and creamy palate; Mouth feel is very solid Pilsener malt, wholesome, creamy, very bready, with a richer body than Duvel. Fair caramel, good molasses, light fruit esters, strong spices and hidden booze. Solid and yummy!... Hoppiness is thin grassy nose, lemony and thin grass in taste. Bitterness is moderate hops - notably stronger for the style - for an abrupt low-fi astringent finish; Dry after taste. Very easy and creamy to mouth.

Comments: This one tastes like a low-boozed and maltier version of Duvel - nice looks, rich body, and all Pils. Its Belgian aroma and taste is as solid as La Trappe Blond, with a slight edge on nice honey & molasses. Recommended!

DWGIS; Bottle 330ml. Enjoyed in castle of pomeranian dukes. Pours hazy golden with a large, frothy, lasting, lacing off-white head. Nose is light malt, yeast, light fruit and spice. Taste is moderate sweet, light bitter and spicy lasting. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
