Thimble off the in-laws, Feb 2015? ABV 6.2%. Negligible halo on clear bronze. Big waft of spice could be caraway, mace and/or cinnamon. Lovely. Utterly dominated by the spices with a dunk of peppered cardboard. Heavy wheat. Other than the cardboard, afraid to admit I love it.

Draught @ Waterfront Ale House. Brown with reddish tint, small foamy beige head, spicy caramel aroma, mocha-caramel taste, creamy texture, medium carbonation, abrupt finish with chocolate aftertaste. Very nice and fulfilling.

"a nicely spiced holiday brew. it was not overpowered by the belgian yeast, or the spices, which was nice. better than the usual, but not great. recommended."

Angenehm herb-malzig. Durchaus gelungen!
Test vom 24.12.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,11,10,12,10 - 10,45
