COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A reddish-brown abbey ale brewed with dark malts. The secondary fermentation gives a fruity aroma and a unique spicy character with a distinctive aftertaste. Secondary fermentation in the bottle. (Serving temperature: 8-10ºC)

Bottle, Valentines present from Traci. Thanks baby! Rich brown pour, lots of sticky old-ivory head. Black pepper, cocoa and leather nose. Rich and evocative, somewhere between a kitchen full of good things baking and an old wooden barn. Raisin and caramel flavors up front, a touch of buttered toffee. Bright tingly carbonation and a clean dry finish. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Botella de 33 cl en varias ocasiones la ultima en septiembre de 2010. Se conserva etiqueta con fcpref 12-09-2002. aromas de maltas dulces ligeramente afrutadas y sabor bastante dulce. Cuerpo medio con 7 vol que se beben sin ningún problema. No esta mal.

Limpido color ambrato rossiccio con saponosa schiuma beige. Al naso e al palato è debolmente fruttata e nocciolata con più forti note di caramello ed un finale un po’ appiccicoso dove emerge il luppolo. Bisogna stare attenti alla provienenza perché quelle che escono dal supermercato perdono parecchi punti; discreta alla spina.
