Fruity, some yeast, spices and a good mouthfeel. fluffy (78), Florida, USA Nov 28, 2008 pours dark cloudy ruby red with intense smell of yeast. flavor of dark fruit like figs and raisins with bready overtones. mild spicy finish. Murky orange/brown body, intensely sweet aroma, and just as sweet on the tongue... fruity, as expected. Nothing unique, but not unpleasant. Very smooth and drinkable. carmel comes though. A bit too much alcohol. Lasting hops.
