Feb 23, 2003 Updated: Apr 1, 2004I had this one at the Kerstbierfestival in Essen, Belgium, Dec 2002. Cloudy dark blond with a small head. Fruity, yeasty old attic aroma. The taste is slightly fruity, apple?. Mild bitter finish. Rerate: Had this one again at the 2003 Kerstbierfestival. Rather flat, no bubbles left. Still there was a nice taste of spices, liquorice and fruit.
