UPDATED: APR 1, 2004 I had this one at the Kerstbierfestival in Essen, Belgium, Dec 2002. Cloudy dark blond with a small head. Fruity, yeasty old attic aroma. The taste is slightly fruity, apple?. Mild bitter finish. Rerate: Had this one again at the 2003 Kerstbierfestival. Rather flat, no bubbles left. Still there was a nice taste of spices, liquorice and fruit.

Raisns in aroma and flavour (indicating it was a bit over the top). Sweet and dry.

Blond coloured. Mature aroma with notes of raisins and prunes. Sweet bready flavour. Thin. Over the top.
