COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The king of the abbey beers. It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour. Pure enjoyment! Secondary fermentation in the bottle. (Temp: 8-10ºC)

Yellow-orange, bit hazy with small white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sour and sweet well balanced with bitterness with strong malt and fruity notes. Sweet aftertaste with touch of bitterness.

DIBBLE (102) - Worthing, West Sussex, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2015
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2015 Light aroma of straw and fruit. Small but lasting white head over clear gold. Crisp yet complex taste with bread and a syrupy floral sweetness. Subtle richness about this that doesn?t overpower the finish. Excellent balance of elements hides the high ABV well. Be aware when pouring of fine sediment in base of bottle.

Ottima birra, profumo ricco, gustosa, perfetto equilibrio di sapori dolce/amaro, alcool, bella schiuma, frizzantezza decisa.

Bottle. Golden body, tall to medium head. Sweet malty and yeasty aroma. Sweet malty taste with Belgian yeast. A bit too sweet and yeasty - the sugars in this resemble a very ripe banana. Alcohol is apparent in the finish. Westmalle and Chimay are more refined and not as robust.

Sweetish malt body, lacks necessary carbonation for this style. Drunk when tasting but absolutely substandard tripel. Does nothing for me.
