COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The king of the abbey beers. It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour. Pure enjoyment! Secondary fermentation in the bottle. (Temp: 8-10ºC)

Pours with a nice white head, orangeish cloudy color. Aroma is of heady begian yeast, bread, dried fruits, cherries and figs mabey some spicy aromas as well. Flavor is of candy coated malt, hops are subdued, I’d like to taste more hops in this beer. This is a good beer, nothing too complex a standard begian tripel, fits the style bill well but lacks in complexity. This beer is a bit colying in my opinion and finishes too syrupy.

Draught at Limoges Airport on 24 August. Poured a clear, deep golden colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of tinned fruit, honeycomb and grains. Slightly sweet flavours of golden syrup, mixed with big maltiness and spice. Finish was slightly earthy, with some grassy hop and smooth sugars.
