COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The king of the abbey beers. It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour. Pure enjoyment! Secondary fermentation in the bottle. (Temp: 8-10ºC)

750 ml 09 Vintage I do believe. Pours a Hazed hay color that has medium depth and color. Aroma of coriander oranges and a certain yeast. Flavor has strong alcohol character with a light sweetness and maybe even a lighter sour. Goes down crisp with a very clear palate for the depth of the ale. Very good.

750ml poured. Comes out a very nice almost golden hay color. Smells of coriander and oranges. Tastes bitter with a bite right away. Tastes strongly of alcohol and warms your chest right away. Light sweetness with a hint of sour on the end, mostly tasting of the yeast. Very lively carbonation. Very much a living beer.

UPDATED: APR 2, 2011 750ml, aged 1 year. Hazy yellow, lots of sediment. Everything you’re looking for in a belgian abbey tripel. For the price ($6.99!!) no abbey tripel comes close.

This beer pours a dull yellow with a thick white head. The aroma are old basement, leather, bread. The mouthfeel is sticky and slightly dry with a medium body. This was a very good beer!

Bottle looks very simple, the beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts quite strong, a bit alcoholic, very fruity with notes of peaches. Finsih still strong, a bit woody, still a bit alcoholic, but that makes the beer interesting. Nice one!

750 ml poured a rich golden with plenty of sediment and a large white head that lasts from start to finish with a nice lacing around the glass. Aroma isof banana and vanilla. Flavor is of banana, slight bitterness from the hops and a nice malty finish. A very good beer that I would definitly reccomend.

From the 750 ml. corked bottle marked 10-113-12. Slighty hazy pale yellow pour with very active carbonation bubbling to a two inch puffy white head and loads of lacing. Aromas of yeast, spice, biscuit, and ripe fruit. The taste tends to be slighly sour with a hopped up finish. The alcohol tends to stand out more than I would have liked.

Aroma is belgian yeast, clove, lemon, vanilla, bread. Appearance is golden brown, hay color. Huge head and heavy carbonation. Taste is belgian, candied sugar, clove, corriander, pear, peppery spicy hops, vanilla. Sweet malty beer. Alcohol present but hidden well. Palate is medium. Bright but not quite crisp. Overall a nice beer, but there are others that I enjoy much more for the style.
