Poured into a De dolle tulip.
this beer made love to the glass...the orange fire and cream foam head waz made for this glass
If you like Triples like I do ,then you’d be looking forward dissecting this .
The aroma gives bee-hives. boozy bananas..pepper corn ..bubblegum covered in perfume florals. Classy stench .
Dry opening in the mouth, with spicy kisses and boozy esters(banana. orange). The malt sweetness is on the money . A strong backbone .
Classy Triple.

Pours an ever so slightly hazy gold with a 3 finger, creamy, eggshell head that lasts forever, and leaves thick sheets of lacing, no doubt sustained largely due the the extremely high effervescence. Aroma is dusty grain, limestone, citrus, sour apples, wet hay, wheat and banana. Flavor is sweet wheat, citrus and floral hops, sweet cereal grain, wet limestone, overripe banana, light fusel notes and some nice spice to round it out. Rather sweet for a tripel. Palate is medium bodied, a little syrupy and suprisingly (because of the really high effervescence) moderate on the carbonation, finishes slightly dry and slick. Decent tripel, nothing to write home about, and sweeter than I would like, but still quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with a creamy and dense white head. Rather typical tripel aroma of light fruits and some spiciness. Light sweetness, just a hint of alcohol coming through and a light bitterness in the end.

FROTHINGSLOSH (3205) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 20, 2010
Sampled from a 750 ml corked brown bottle this beer poured a hazy vibrant golden color with an enormous yellow-white head that lingered forever and produced a small amount of lacing. The aroma was somewhat faint but had notes of lemon, pepper, yeastiness and a touch of must. The flavor was yeasty, lemony, lightly musty and a bit dry. The finish was long and dry with notes of yeast and citrus. Moderately full bodied. The alcohol was well hidden. Nice.

750 ml. bottle. Light golden pour with pretty big fizzy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, banana, passion fruit, apricot, with subtle bread aroma underneath. Taste reveals a wonderful blend of spices and fruits, with a pretty crisp bite to the attack and mellow fruitiness on the finish. Spices first noticeable, clove and classic Belgian spices slightly characterized by pepper, underlined with fruits, which actually turn into a rather dry taste, to return to a strong fruitiness on the finish. Slightly more bitter than the aroma, star fruit, passion fruit, white grape flavors. Overall an excellent tripel, and a good value as well.

Bottle. Poured a hazy pale with an off-white head that settles to a ring and left light lace. Aroma of tart fruit. The flavor found prune, raisin, clove, and yeast. Medium body and a clove aftertaste.
