COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The king of the abbey beers. It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour. Pure enjoyment! Secondary fermentation in the bottle. (Temp: 8-10ºC)

Big offwhite head. Deepish yellow body. Fruity soft metal aroma with spicy chlorine (?) notes. Dry Belgian yeast and fruit taste with soft metal and floral honey notes. Sharpish mouthfeel. Light body. Dry wooden sugary floral aftertaste with spicy fruity notes. Rather unusual (especially the dryness), but good. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly.)

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2010 This is a great beer! Flavors of honey, fruits and hops and yeast. Great aroma.Very smooth, yet crisp somehow with a great finish. Drinkable, yet bursting with flavor. Very impressive. Definitely one of my favorites.

(Bottle, 0.33 l) Poured golden and lightly hazy with medium sized, quickly disappearing and white head. Aroma contained fruitiness, honey and hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were honey, fruitiness, hops, grass, hint of grain and mild bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and lightly bitter.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2010 Corked Bomber. Pours a rich golden with a nice whipped egg white-like head. Aroma is spicy dough, dried fruit and toffee. Taste begins with spicy yeast and honey followed by caramel and rum. It finishes spicy and boozy with intense carbonation and a fruity aftertaste. Overall flavor is rich and complex.

330 mL Bottle. Murky pale gold body with a 2-finger frothy white head that settles to a tenacious layer leaving ample lace. Aroma of light sweet malts with complex fruity notes and subtle hints of yeast, pine, and spices. Sweet malts with a yeast bite dominate the flavor; a complex fruity expression in the aftertaste, and a fruity and very subtle bubblegum finish. I could get addicted to this.

Big Bottle on sale $6.99. Hazy golden colored with a huge off white head. Aroma of fruits, spices, yeast and pine needles. Flavor of fruits, spices, grass, yeast and pine needles. This was a alright triple, really not a big fan of the style. Too much yeast.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear, golden body with abundant yeast particulate. Large, puffy white head with nice lacing. Dusty, spicy yeast in the nose with some cereal and sweet malt. Crisp malt in the flavor profile with more of the yeast flavors - some pepper and light pear with a touch of citrus. Some more tangy citrus notes follow. Body is light and crisp with lively carbonation and a clean finish. No discernable alcohol except for the warmth after swallowing. Overall an excellent beer and one of my favorite tripels.
