COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The king of the abbey beers. It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour. Pure enjoyment! Secondary fermentation in the bottle. (Temp: 8-10ºC)

Bottle. The aroma is sour-fruity, then it gets sweeter and reminds me a little bit of fresh bread. The head is rather large, white and foamy-creamy with a normal duration. The body is clear and orange-red. The taste is light bitter, later during the finish it gets more medical and unfortunately also metallic. The body is dry and medium strong with a lively carbonation.

330 ml bottle. BBE 29.06.2013.
Pours a slightly cloudy golden colour with some visible bubbles and a firm white head. Aroma of malts, strong citrus and dried fruits. Flavour of pale malts, strong citrus, dried fruits and some yeast. Medium bodied, foamy mouthfeel and a long, warming, dry fruity finish. Nice tripel.

330ml bottle from Cracked Kettle

Pours light orange with a small smooth head. Aroma has some fruitiness, earthy notes, spices and malts. Taste is quite yeasty with earthy notes, malts and spices with hints of fruits. Finish is slightly fruity with some spices. Okay, well balanced tripel.

Una delle prime birre "diverse" mai bevuto, vista la facile reperibilità, buona tripel anche se ce ne sono altre migliori...

Slightly overrated tripel in my opinion. Decent taste but too bitter and to little depth.

A light taste of coriander and some floral hops. Golden colour with the haziest touch of murk and some alcohol, maybe clove. Pours without much of a head. A little bit of something sweet in here as well, like french toast. Bottle.

A orange yellow beer with a big and blond head. Aroma is fruitfull and fresh, some fructose sweetness, spicyness, yeast and also hint of bananas. Taste is sligtly fruitfull, spicyness, dry herbs and some balancing sweetness. Medium+ bodied, nice balancing carbonation, rich and nice to drink. Some kind of "heavyness" bothers this beer and so easyness and cheerfulness is missing. Anyway, good, complex and tastefull beer.

A yeasty beer that spreads people either its super or it is a bad beer to get through because of all the yeast taste and aroma.

0,7l bottle. Aroma is strong, you can smell malt and some fruits. Dark and rich red amber coloured liquid with brown and thick head. Taste is a little sweet with mild sourness and traces of alcohol. full body and long finish. Extremely good beer from friars.
