COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Helles Bock won’t bite your ear off, but it will hit you just right! A dangerous mix of Munich and Pilsner malts makes this one ‘helles’ of a malty lager! Throw a few jabs of Crystal and Saaz hops in the mix and you get a nice balance that’s sure make you feel like you’ve been hit in the kisser by a BeerKnuckle Bock-ser!

From a plastic growler. Pours deep deep gold to a dark honey like color. Little head. Nose lends notes of delicate flowery and lightly fruity hops and rich malty breadiness. Flavor is rich with full malt flavors and pleasant flowery hops. Flavor is medium light sweetness throughout with an adequate light bitter finish. Full body. Really enjoyed this one.

Draught at Lexington Beerworks. Dark orange body. Nice flower hops in the aroma. A bit malt forward for the style - more than I would expect. And a bit sweet on the finish.

Aroma of sweet bread and light herbal hops. Appearance is pale amber with bone head. Flavor pretty much matches the nose. Palate is bubbly and soft. A simple, pleasant beer.
