COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A modern interpretation of an ancient top fermented saline sour ale native to Saxony that disappeared during the early part of the 20th century. This beer is brewed with equal parts malted wheat and barley; seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, coriander, and hops; and fermented with yeast and lactobacillus. Light bodied, highly carbonated, pale in color, with a subtle aroma of spice and citrus and a dry, crisp, refreshing finish

Pale yellow, white head. Smells of tart fruit and bread. Tastes the same. It is a good brew.

Backlogged rating: Clean golden hue with fizzy head. Twangy tropical fruit covered by sea salt in a bed of pale grains. Lively and clean mouth feel with that mouth watering salty finish. Great stuff... need to try this again and again.

Refrigerated plastic bottle poured into a sample glass. Pours golden with small white head, aroma is faint tart. Taste is slight tart with some offness. Not one of the better gose.

Pours a lighter gold with a white head of foam. Aroma is slightly tart. Salt doesn’t come through strongly. Not too shabby.

Growler. Creamy barley malt aroma. Hazy gold with no head. Slightly tart lacto fermented lemon, barley malt, and light briny flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. Very tasty, sessionable summer beer. I could drink a lot of this one.

32oz growler shared by DanielCoor. Mildly hazy golden orange color. Pretty color, but no head or lace. Very interesting nose, with the salt. Fried chicken comes to mind. Wow. Really interesting flavor. Definitely get the salt, but it works well with the big wheat base, and light spice. Refreshing, light and wheat, without being really sweet. Just a light tartness. Nice big savory taste, but it’s a refreshing savory. Some wheat, bigger citrus fruit. Light tart, and salt in the aroma. Very good refreshing gose. Definitely to style, definitely gose.. And it works

Aroma of lavender, dandelions, lemon, light lactic notes. Appearance is brilliant gold with sticky tan head. Flavor is lemony, tart, lactic with a lingering tart/toasty finish. Palate is light, bubbly and soft. Great Gose.

Draft. Lactic lemon, salt and wheat malt aroma. Lightly hazy golden yellow with small head. Sweet-tart lemon, light salt and light malt flavor. Light body. Mild but pretty tasty - a great summer beer.
