4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, shared with Parksy and TylerDurden at the lake, my 7600th rating. Iíve cellared this for 18 months, hoping the brett has had time to work itís magic. Very hazy light gold with a lively white head that drapes the glass with lace. Aroma is funky and slightly sour. Lovely bretty funk with bright fruity undertones, lemon and apricot, austere biscuit malts. Massively drinkable!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bottle. Been holding on to this close to a year. I was concerned about the hop and brett mix, which I generally find aversive. Opened this up at a tasting after we did a blind tasting of Bretted Saisons. I can say that this beer would have done fine as a saison and I get no hop-centric character to this beer. Thick oily golden color, cannot see through it. Aroma is lightly oily and herbal-earthy brett, strong. Flavor has a lemon zing with some tartness. A little residual sweetness of the malts. Less herbal-earthy and a bit more goat oily. A bit of a dry bitter aftertaste. This might be the best price to quality ratio I have had from this brewer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Unknown size bottle, probably around 65 cl. Expensive one @Ale&Hop in Barcelona. Pours light hazy golden with a beautiful creamy white head. Smells of lemon with some bretta aroma. Taste is lemony, with funky and damp notes, the hops adds some fruitiness making for an unusual blend of flavors. Light final medicine note. Almost no bitterness, probably too old for the hops to survive.
