COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the best porter ever. No shit….ever. First we start with a solid base of traditional floor malted Maris Otter pale malt. Then a blend of brown, pale chocolate, dark crystal, and chocolate malts creates a flavor profile reminiscent of currants, dark chocolate, and roast flavors. A small addition of smoked malt lends a dark roast coffee-like smokiness. To top it all off, the addition a few secret spices creates a flavor profile that will have you feelin’ like you done got it all.

Draft at Torst. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of smoked chocolate malt, smoked vanilla bean, toasted bread and toasted nuts. Medium body.

Draft at Maria’s, I think. Pours black/brown with a tan head. Nose shows celery and caramel with some roast and sweetness. Odd. On tasting, herbal with cut grass, vanilla and burnt sugar. Dry and roasty overall. Clean and crisp, medium body with more caramel. Okay.

32 ounce growler fill at Liquor Barn Beaumont for $4.49! Pours a nice dark pour with tan head. Roasty flavor with chocolate. Pretty creamy overall. Well done.

Aroma of chocolate, light caramel, nuts and light waffle cone. Appearance is opaque black with bone head. Flavor matches the nose; the finish is resiny and bone dry. Palate is medium, creamy and soft. Nice porter.
